    Run a UK pharmacy or online clinic through ten safety checks before paying. The tool returns a red-flag score and a recommendation. No data leaves your browser — answers are not stored or transmitted.

    How to use it: answer each question Yes / No / Unknown. Keep the official registers open in a separate tab so you can verify each named registration as you go:

    Can you find the dispensing pharmacy on the GPhC online register (or PSNI for Northern Ireland) by exact name?

    Real UK pharmacies are publicly registered. ‘UK-registered pharmacy — name on request’ does not count.

    Is the prescribing clinician named with their GMC / NMC / GPhC registration looked up and confirmed?

    Anonymous prescribers don't take regulated clinical responsibility.

    Is a real prescription required before any prescription-only medicine (POM) like Wegovy / Mounjaro / Ozempic is dispatched?

    ‘No consultation needed’ is direct evidence of unlawful POM supply.

    Does the clinical assessment cover history, contraindications, medications, mental health, and (for weight management) BMI / comorbidities?

    A 60-second tickbox form isn't an assessment.

    Is there a UK trading address, registered UK company on Companies House, and a UK phone or postal contact?

    Foreign-address-only sellers shipping to UK are a red flag.

    Cross-border supply has been the consistent UK counterfeit-pen route.

    For GLP-1s: is the product a licensed UK brand (Wegovy / Mounjaro / Saxenda / Ozempic / Rybelsus) rather than ‘compounded’ or ‘research-grade’?

    Mass-market ‘compounded’ semaglutide is an MHRA enforcement target.

    Is the price in the genuine UK private market range (not half the typical cost during a known shortage)?

    Significantly underpriced supply is a counterfeit signal — quality assurance costs the missing half.

    DM-based supply is the highest-risk category — no prescriber, no pharmacy, no recourse.

    Important constants

    • Never buy POMs from social-media DMs, Telegram channels, gym contacts, or marketplace listings. The supply is unlawful and the quality is uncontrolled.
    • A real UK pharmacy can be named and looked up. ‘UK pharmacy on request’ usually means there isn't one.
    • Counterfeit semaglutide / tirzepatide pens reaching UK patients almost always trace back to supply that skipped the GPhC pharmacy.
