Conflict of interest policy
A site about peptides, regulators, and counterfeit medicine is only useful if its commercial relationships are visible. This is the full disclosure.
Commercial relationships we do have
Affiliate link — Peptide Barn (research peptides)
Commercial relationships we do not have
No clinic relationships
No paid medical reviewers
No sponsored editorial
No supplier influence over evidence grading
No pharmaceutical sponsorship
Editorial firewall — how we keep affiliate revenue away from editorial decisions
- The affiliate retailer does not see content before publication.
- The affiliate retailer cannot request changes to evidence grades, safety warnings, or regulatory framing.
- Content decisions (what to publish, when to retract, how strongly to warn) sit with the editorial team.
- We do not insert affiliate links into safety, legal, regulatory, or trust pages — including this page.
- Pages discussing prescription-only medicines (GLP-1 etc.) point to regulated UK pharmacy access routes, not the affiliate retailer.
- Where the affiliate CTA appears on a peptide page, it is accompanied by a visible disclosure linking back to this policy.
Why this matters for reader safety
The peptide space has well-known incentive problems: clinics that earn from prescriptions, sellers that earn from grey-market supply, and content sites that earn from sending traffic to unregulated vendors. Readers cannot evaluate evidence grading, safety wording, or regulatory framing without knowing where the publisher makes its money.
If at any point you read content on this site that seems to be steering you toward unregulated purchase, away from prescribed medicines, or away from speaking to a qualified clinician, please flag it via our corrections policy so we can investigate.
If our relationships change
If we add another commercial relationship — for example, an ad partner, a sponsor, or a second affiliate — this page will be updated and the last-reviewed date below will reflect the change. Material changes will also be noted in our public corrections log.
