    Editor process

    1. Run every new citation through this tool before publishing.
    2. Save the score and date in the page's editorial log.
    3. Re-check citations at the page's next scheduled review.
    4. Treat regulator publications (MHRA, NICE, EMA, FDA, WADA) as authoritative for regulatory facts but still verify recency.
    5. For YMYL claims (clinical outcomes, dosing, safety), require at least one A or B grade citation per page.
