Documented contents have included insulin (a direct hypoglycaemia hazard for non-diabetics), water, oils, and compounded semaglutide at unverified concentrations. Identity is not testable from the pen itself — only by lab analysis.

How can I tell if a Mounjaro pen is fake?

Will my bank refund a fake-pen purchase?

If you paid by debit / credit card and the product is materially not what was advertised, you may have chargeback rights. Section 75 (Consumer Credit Act) applies for credit card purchases between £100 and £30,000. Action Fraud should also be informed.

15 mg is the highest strength and the most expensive. It is the most attractive target for falsifiers because the gross margin on counterfeit production is highest. Lower-strength pens are less heavily falsified for the same reason.
